Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join our team at our Brønderslev facility in Denmark. This is an onsite position, where you will be responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, inventory management, and material distribution. You'll be part of a dynamic environment that supports manufacturing and production activities. You will report directly to the warehouse manager.

Your Responsibilities:

• Performing physical and administrative duties related to shipping, receiving, storing, and distributing materials, parts, supplies, and equipment.
• Unpacking and inspecting incoming goods against purchase orders or invoices.
• Maintaining accurate records of received goods and reporting discrepancies.
• Preparing merchandise for shipment, including posting weights and shipping charges.
• Operating material handling equipment such as forklifts (if certified).
• Stocking and distributing materials in inventory and on manufacturing lines.
• Preparing kitting packages for assembly production.

The Essentials - You Will Have:

• 1+ years experience in warehouse, logistics, or material handling roles.
• Basic computer skills for inventory and shipping documentation.
• Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication skills in [Danish and/or English – adjust based on site language].

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:

• Forklift certification or experience operating forklifts.
• Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Familiarity with ERP or warehouse management systems.
