Role and Responsibilities

About the position

This role sits within the Project Operations team in Business Operations, a critical team responsible for managing wider transformation projects across the European Service Business Organisation (ESBO) that include our Gen AI and automation initiatives. The function plays a key role in embedding new AI-driven tools and processes across commercial, operational, and onboarding workflows to drive business growth.

Your key Responsibilities

GenAI & Automation Delivery & Execution

  • Manage small project teams or pods delivering discrete transformation initiatives across ESBO – examples includes program managing new products and expansion in new geographies.

  • Support the execution of ESBO’s GenAI and automation roadmap, translating defined priorities into concrete initiatives, pilots, and deployments.

  • Lead delivery of specific AI and automation workstreams across Europe, from requirements gathering through implementation, go-live, and early adoption.

Operational Automation & Process Improvement

  • Drive automation and optimisation of our commercial enablement processes (across CRM, revenue intelligence and internal tools), working closely with the team’s Senior Manager.

  • Analyse existing ESBO workflows to identify opportunities for standardisation, simplification, and AI-enabled decision support.

  • Ensure new tools and processes are embedded into BAU operations, including documentation, training materials, and performance tracking.

Stakeholder Management & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with ESBO leadership, Business Development, Product, Finance, Legal, and Regional teams to deliver agreed transformation initiatives.

  • Translate business requirements into clear functional and operational needs for AI and automation solutions.

  • Prepare updates on progress, risks, and outcomes for the Senior Manager, supporting senior-level readouts and decision-making.

What we need for this role

To be successful, you will possess the following skills and attributes:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Advertising or Marketing field with experience in project managing company-wide transformation programs

  • Strong understanding of GenAI, automation technologies, and enterprise SaaS tools, with the ability to translate capability into business outcomes.

  • Strong understanding of digital media, advertising and the consumer electronics space

  • Strong analytical and structured problem-solving capability, able to prioritise effectively in a fast-moving environment.

  • Advanced proficiency in operational tooling and systems (Salesforce, MS Office, Airtable etc.)

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

What does success look like?

  • Defined GenAI and automation initiatives are delivered on time and to a high standard, with clear scope, ownership, and measurable outcomes.

  • AI tools and automated workflows owned by this role are live, embedded into day-to-day operations, and showing early indicators of adoption and impact.

  • Onboarding and commercial enablement processes within assigned workstreams are simpler, faster, and less manual, contributing to improved deal velocity.

  • Stakeholders experience this role as a reliable delivery partner who translates requirements into execution and follows through to results.

  • Risks, dependencies, and delivery issues are proactively identified, managed, and escalated with clear recommendations.

  • Project teams operate with clarity, pace, and accountability, able to deliver multiple initiatives in parallel under clear prioritisation.

  • Progress, metrics, and lessons learned are clearly communicated, enabling the Senior Manager to drive senior-level alignment and decision-making.
