Role Definition

This position will manage the product change control process, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards, maintain accurate records and documentation of changes, collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain) develop and maintain change control procedures and policies, conduct audits and monitor compliance, communicate changes to stakeholders and training personnel, analyze and resolve issues related to product changes.

Responsibilities:

  • Review change requests for completeness and clarity
  • Assign unique identifier and track changes
  • Coordinate impact analysis with cross-functional teams
  • Assess potential risks and benefits
  • Obtain approvals from stakeholders
  • Ensure regulatory compliance
  • Coordinate implementation with cross-functional teams
  • Verify changes are implemented correctly
  • Conduct audits to ensure compliance
  • Validate changes meet requirements

Degree Requirement

Bachelor’s degree on Engineering (such as: Administrative Mechanical Engineering, Industrial and Administrative Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, etc.)      

Decision Making and Critical Thinking:

  • Excellent communication and project management skills

Problem Solving:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Manufacturing Process Improvement:

  • Ability to interpret blue-prints and product drawings 
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes
  • Working knowledge of Power BI
  • Knowledge of change management methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma)
  • Knowledge in product development, quality, or change management

Change Control - MFG:

  • Expertise in SAP
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, ISO)

Requirements Analysis:

  • Change management software
  • Project management tools
  • Document control systems
  • Regulatory compliance software

Additional Information:

  • The location for this position is Monterrey-Villa Office (Santa Catarina), Mexico
  • This position will require 10% travel to the US.
  • Work schedule: Monday – Friday and weekends as needed.
  • Advanced English
