What will you do in this role?
Responsible for leading all aspects of Utah Market Sales Operations, Vision and Goals. Responsibilities will include the following:
- Develop and implement strategies to meet or exceed company business plans goals, which may include Total Company Revenue Goals, Gross Profit and Customer Satisfaction ratings.
- Recruiting, onboarding and training of all Regional Sales Managers, Inside Sales Associates and New Home Sales Counselors. Head trainer for company mandated Sales Presentation.
- Keeper of the culture and driver/ implementer of “Oakwood Strategies and Absolutes”, which include company Sales Presentation, Reporting and Evaluating Daily Metrics and Success Drivers. Motivate and consistently evaluate sales performance based on company and individual sales goals.
- Designated Market Expert in all communities Oakwood serve. Assist is project managing all aspects of bringing a new community to market. Responsibilities may include, created community “prescription”, which outlines product, pricing, included features and sales strategies. Work with Land and Operations department to facilitate seamless pass off from community acquisition to community launch.
- Produce/ Evaluate weekly and monthly sales reports. Work directly with marketing department to create strategies to drive towards company goals.
- Work directly with Regional Sales managers to develop lead tracking, prospecting and analysis systems. Evaluate and create accountability matrices to adhere to goals. Implement and monitor Realtor and customer referral programs and customer traffic evaluation system. Lead/ facilitate effective Sales Meetings and Buyer Expectation Meetings, participate in weekend Manager on duty responsibilities.
- Work with Division President and VP of Operations for review and negotiation for sales contracts and necessary product changes related to sales. Assist in conflict resolution for any escalated buyer concerns.
- Member of the Division CORE team and participate in weekly or monthly management meetings which include the following: CORE Team Meeting, Product Review Committee, New Communities Meeting, Start Meeting and Monthly Pricing Meeting.
- Other responsibilities as assigned.

You Have:

- Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook
- Licensed Real Estate Agent required. Strong background in production homebuilding sales or sales management preferred.
- Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
- Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
- Must be able to talk, listen and speak clearly.

- Expected Salary: $115-$125,000 Annual Salary - This position is eligible for additional performance incentives in the form of quarterly bonus opportunity.
