As an Sr Analyst Promotion Capability, you will be responsible for driving the successful
execution of promotional campaigns, ensuring accurate and timely delivery. You will support
the integration and optimization of promotional tools, monitor campaign performance, and
collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve impactful business outcomes. This role
demands a highly analytical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-
paced, collaborative environment.
Capability Management: Project Manage integration of enterprise and third-party
tool for promotional tools to unlock diverse promotion types for Target Plus sellers
based on competition. Collaborate with product and tech teams to identify and
implement product enhancements, ensuring the tools evolve to meet business needs
and competitive demands. Drive modernization initiatives to continuously improve
promotional capabilities and strategic value.
Strategic Problem-Solving: Proactively identify potential issues or gaps within the
promotional ecosystem and recommend strategic solutions. Apply critical thinking to
navigate complex challenges related to offer setup, tool performance, and campaign
optimization.
Campaign Management: Own the operational strategy for promotional campaigns,
ensuring all aspects—offer setup, updates, and changes—are executed accurately in
alignment with overall promotional objectives in system. Lead post-campaign
analysis to assess performance and recommend improvements for future
campaigns.
Process & Workflow Optimization: Define and analyze the promotion operational
process and create SOP’s for process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy,
and seamless execution of campaigns.
Efficiency & Adoption Management: Lead audits to assess and ensure the
accuracy of promotional activities. Monitor and improve adoption rates among Target
Plus sellers.
 
About you:  What are we looking for

3/4year degree, B.Sc., B.A., B.Com, B.B.A.; Advanced Degree/ MBA Preferred   
6+ years of experience in E-commerce/Retail ideally in category management or
promotional campaign management
Strong proficiency in project management, data analysis, problem solving, decision-
making and detail orientation
High attention to detail and accuracy in data management. Ability to multiple tasks
simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present data and
insights in a clear and concise manner
Self-starter, curious and thrives on learning new capabilities. Have an understanding
on how various products/ technologies interact “architecture”
Expert in Microsoft Excel, DOMO, Tableau, and other data tools
