JOB PURPOSE

The Client Services Representative will primarily be responsible for assisting with administrative functions including facilitating the coordination of client visits and department meetings. This position will also work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure KPIs are met with customer service and relationship building.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Coordinating and facilitating hospitality for client and department meetings in the Hickory, NC office, which include, working with internal partners to coordinate number of attendees and hospitality needs, as well as working with vendors/caters to facilitate and arrange hospitality for meetings.

· Answering inbound phone calls from clients, carriers, and vendor/partners facilitating needs and requests.

· Responding to written correspondence via email using a ticketing platform to answer client inquiries.

· Administer the upkeep of current client records in platforms related to assignments, solutions and contacts.

· Aid in the creation of quarterly touchpoints to Preferred Client Services client base.

· Participate in team and department trainings related to industry, company and team.

· Categorize incoming requests for workflow and reporting purposes.

· Conduct monthly client reviews.

· Attempt to engage the client on new services (organic revenue growth) and/or offer additional cost savings opportunities through cost analysis, if applicable.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

· BS/BA degree in business preferred or equivalent industry experience.

· 1+ years of industry experience.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

· Must be detailed oriented.

· Strong communication skills and relationship building.

· Proficient with Microsoft office including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel.

· Excellent written communication skills.

· Strong presentation skills.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit and talk or hear. The employee is required to stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms. Occasionally, the employee is required to lift boxes up to 20 pounds.

SCHEDULING

This is a full-time benefits-eligible position, working Monday through Friday; 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. An employee in this position must be available to work occasionally on weekends and evenings, during peak periods.

This is reporting to the Hickory office and should be in the office according to the company standards, in addition to dates/times where hospitality may be needed, or asked by company.

TRAVEL

Local travel is required. Out of state travel is limited, but may be required for special training/conferences.
