As our first India GTM Strategy and Operations Senior Associate, you will help us scale key GTM processes, drive local adoption and improvements of global processes, collaborate with local sales leadership to increase revenue, and deliver day-to-day operational excellence. Expect to learn new things constantly while working cross-functionally with multiple global departments to maximize efficiency and capture growth opportunities through data analysis and discussions with sales leadership. You will help us accelerate the business in India and improve GTM productivity by owning critical operations in the country (e.g., Rules of Engagement, forecasting, pipeline and opportunity management, account assignment/planning/transitions, headcount and territory design, quota management, customer segmentation, lead routing). The successful candidate should bring natural curiosity and a solution orientation to investigate and address day-to-day issues our sales teams face while strategizing ways to remediate ongoing issues through innovation.

What you’ll do:

  • Foster strong relationships with local, regional and global cross-functional partners to improve strategy and operations for India while also giving back improvement ideas to other countries and regions
  • Execute and implement Global policies adapted to India
  • Advise and recommend strategies to local leaders with regards to company needs in the country
  • Provide analysis, reports, and recommendations about rep and team performance to support business decisions and identify areas for improvement
  • Work with sales to drive their understanding and adoption of key processes while making them more productive
  • Execute opportunity and territory management, lead & account assignments, reporting & dashboards, rules of engagement, and more
  • Help us make business improvements and decisions through analysis
  • Contribute ideas for process improvement observed in your day to day

 

Who you are:

  • 4+ years of experience in GTM Strategy and Operations, consulting, banking, PE, or analytical field, preferably with SaaS experience
  • Experience working on a regional / global role within a matrix organization
  • Effective senior stakeholder management skills
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to overcome obstacles
  • Ability to generate analytics and qualitative insights on how to improve the business, while maintaining business effectiveness & efficiency
  • Organizational skills and a results-orientation with excellent attention to detail
  • Comfort with ambiguity and flexibility to take on new priorities
  • A curiosity and enjoyment of learning new things and applying your knowledge to lead to improvements and business impact directly
  • Experience with Salesforce, Clari and BI Tools (Tableau, Metabase, etc)/SQL
  • Ability to manage competing priorities with deadlines
  • Bachelor Degree
