We are looking for an SRE Engineer to join our Intelligent Operations team in Warsaw. In this role, you will play a critical role in operational stability and resiliency of our internal IT Data management products – IT Data pipeline and descriptive analytics solution. 

Job Responsibilities 

  • Be part of the product development team, the day-to-day operations and development, improving our system reliability 

  • Work with highly technical team of data and platform engineers, data architects and product managers to resolve and prevent production issues 

  • Collaborate with IT Data Engineering team to implement proactive incident detection systems based on multiple data sets, real-time data stream analysis 

  • Configure and improve systems for observability and monitoring of the platform, automatic classification of events and requests 

  • Operate with understanding of operations processes and guidelines 

  • Lead or participate to projects and initiatives to further improve operational metrics and reliability of solutions being supported

Job Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in Software Engineering or any relevant technical industry 

  • Understanding of Cloud infrastructure (Azure) 

  • Python programming hands-on experience 

  • Experience with applications based on REST APIs 

  • Ability to debug the code and automate routine tasks 

  • Practical knowledge of development tools - code repository systems, deployment automation, project tracking (GitHub, Azure DevOps, etc.) 

  • Experience in Monitoring and Observability dashboards implementation (knowledge of Grafana/Prometheus will be an advantage) 

  • Good analytical and algorithmic and programming skills 

  • Good problem-solving skills and ability to learn 

Nice to Have 

  • Experience with containerized applications 

  • DevOps / Agile experience, certifications 

  • Cloud certifications 

  • Databricks certification
