We are looking for someone with:
Curious, open-minded, self-motived, fast learner and team player
Able to work independently, proactively and possess “Can-do” attitude in a dynamic and unstructured environment, influence stakeholders at different level including Regional Office and our agency with an entrepreneurial team spirit
Comfortable communicating with Executives at senior levels within the organization and agency leaders
Good organizational and problem-solving abilities
Good communication skill with fluent in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin
Minimum 5 years relevant working experience in project management
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager position
On the job you will:
Work as Product Owner or sub PO to define the product vision, release goal, set direction for sprint planning and prioritize the backlog of the agency digital tools ( e.g. . ePOS, ManuTouch, AgentSam and other digital tools within Agency Operations)
Formulate and execute the change management plan to drive business results in terms of adoption
Aggregate, align and prioritize initiatives and roadmap across the entire organization in order to deliver on digital tools strategies to assist our agents in doing business efficiently and effectively
Work closely with different business units to drive and deliver agency application solutions to address business needs
Build consensus and facilitate discussion with related stakeholders, business partners, compliance teams, BA team, IT development and testing teams
Provide direction to members of the agile team through the sprints and resolve issues together with scrum master and other squad members so that we can deliver our product on time with good quality
Ensure project compliance with relevant governance
Meet with agents to listen to their voices in order to improve the tools
Keep track and report the adoption progress with plan to management and regional office
