In this role, you will:

• Solve complex business problems using advanced machine learning methods such as deep learning and quantitative analysis.
• Understand business requirements and contribute to the development of practical use cases.
• Conduct exploratory analyses to identify new and innovative opportunities.
• Define approaches to integrate and scale machine learning models.
• Implement pipelines and models using PyTorch / Python, Node.js.
• Create reusable assets and solutions and develop best practices for current and future business challenges.
• Advise on complex analytics and advanced machine learning techniques.
• Communicate effectively and provide guidance to client teams and leadership.
• Leverage your Data Science expertise to identify and explore new project opportunities.
• Internally, contribute to the development of our NLP and Computer Vision solutions — from prototyping new features and technologies to integrating them into our global products and offerings — further developing your expertise in these areas.
• For our clients, support the development and deployment of our AI-based automation solutions, collaborating primarily with international teams of engineers, consultants, scientists, and designers. Project teams are typically multidisciplinary, combining your technical skills with local technology capabilities, expert insights, and functional knowledge.

Profile:
• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Artificial Intelligence (or currently in the final year of study for internship positions)
• At least 2 years of experience delivering technology integration projects based on AI

General Skills:
• Fluency in English and French (proficiency in another European language would be a plus)
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to present effectively to an audience
• Team spirit, problem-solving mindset, and ability to work independently
• A strong interest in cutting-edge technologies and user experience
• Willingness to acquire deep technical expertise and apply it to our clients’ business activities
• Openness to international mobility; previous international experience is a plus
• Creativity and the ability to propose and lead the delivery of new ideas

Domain-Specific Skills:
Hands-on knowledge, experience, and expertise in some of the following areas are also essential:
• Machine/Deep Learning – Machine learning algorithms and platforms, neural networks, generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), custom models, etc.
• Language – Natural Language Processing, machine translation, emotion detection, language identification, classification, etc.
• Vision – Computer vision, object recognition/tracking, face/gender/age/emotion recognition, OCR/handwriting recognition, etc.
• AI Solutions – Virtual agents, robotic process automation, text analytics, video analytics, unique identity/biometrics, inference engines, monitoring and supervision solutions, intelligent search, ontologies/knowledge representation, etc.

Core Skills:
• Software Engineering: Strong programming and design skills in Python, Node.js, AngularJS, React, C#/C++, Java, and Web/DB development. Understanding of technical architectures, DevOps practices, and state-of-the-art technologies across multiple domains. One or more hands-on experiences are also required.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate clearly and build credibility.
• Innovation and/or Entrepreneurship: Experience in owning, launching, or incubating new ideas and concepts in academic or professional projects. Desire to create new, practical business applications based on innovative technologies.
• Leadership/Management: Experience working in teams and potentially managing small groups.
