The Regional EHS Manager will deliver continuous improvement EHS performance to ultimately achieve our EHS vision & our Compelling Business Need (CBN) Zero Harm, No one gets hurt & ZERO EHS Incidents.

  • Responsibilities

    •    Achieve conformance to Altium Packaging EHS Standards & compliance to applicable EHS laws & regulations across North America by working with Plant Managers on specific EHS opportunities. 
    •    This role is the key influencer and leader to consult on EHS issues and support the Regional Operations Teams & Plant Teams in addressing key EHS issues and appropriately utilizing Lean principles to deliver intended business results.
    •    Guarantees that the right problem-solving efforts are happening – proactively.  Lead/Participate as appropriate in problem-solving sessions to address EHS events such as recordable injuries & the implementation of corrective actions. 
    •    Possess a high level of personal integrity, must be able to multitask, maintain a positive attitude and be a team player. 
    •    Ability to challenge the organization in a manner that creates trust and respect. 
    •    Lead EHS audits to drive continuous risk reduction, conformance & compliance.

Minimum Requirements:
•    7-10 years of EHS work experience.
•    Experience in the management/leadership of significant process improvement implementations where influence skills (without direct reporting responsibility) were utilized.
•    Worked in an Operations environment (i.e. Manufacturing, Distribution Operations).
•    Led teams and demonstrated ability to influence results.
•    Demonstrated continuous improvement mindset.
•    Demonstrated strategic and critical thinking as well as direction setting skills.
•    Strong communication skills and aptness to inspire a broad audience.
•    Ability/experience in project management.
•    Ability to travel to Plant locations ground/air up to 50%. 
Preferred Qualifications:
•    Certification in Safety / Loss Control.
•    Certified Safety Professional (CSP) certification.
