Job Description:

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conducts trade visits, handle trade marketing and visual replacement duties.

• Manage allocated store (Responsible for managing trade promotion material, merchandising request)

• Manages the Company’s Trade Marketing Assets to ensure optimal utilization, document and filing.

• Ensure daily smooth trading operations and on time delivery of goods 

• Keep track of the record of the POP, database and distribution

• Work with different internal departments (Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain and Finance) for providing excellent customer services and after-sale services to the customers

• Coordinate with vendors for quality POSM / premium development and production under a tight timeline.

• Participates in the stocktaking exercise

• To provide administrative and clerical support related to trade marketing, including sorting incoming correspondences, consolidating/updating returns, , filing of documents, arranging courier services, managing of stores and inventory, etc.

• Assist in other ad hoc projects as assigned
