Role Title: Warehouse Coordinator
Salary: £50,546.78
Working Hours: 4 week rolling rota: 6pm – 6am. Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday, Week 3: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Week 4: Friday, Saturday, Sunday

What will this role achieve?
Working as part of a Team in the Warehouse area, you will work closely with the Team Manager by supporting with the organisation and distribution of tasks daily. You will monitor and report on our performance across the shift, prioritise what needs to be done to ensure we meet our departmental targets. You will also be involved in enhancing warehouse performance and contributing to the continuous improvement process. You will maintain high standards in relation to internal and external audits. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and an insight into supervisory level.
What will this role achieve?
Oversee, monitor and record productivity of the shift.
Ensure people and material resources are available and allocate tasks daily.
Be the main contact for all inbound/outbound goods on site on the shift.
Liaise with other departments within and outside Supply Chain.
Support planning processes in managing labour.
Monitor and maintain the training and skills of the team.
Oversee the warehouse operation in the absence of the Warehouse Team Manager Good understanding of good manufacturing practice, HACCP systems and Health & Safety in the workplace.
Maintain health and safety standards – no accidents.
Audit ready all the time – compliance to GMP standard.
Essential
You must have good verbal and numerical skills, basic PC skills, have a knack for solving problems and be a committed team player.
You must be able to demonstrate the ability to work well in a team, have great fault finding and problem solving skills.
Hands on and can make decisions in a timely manner.
Current Counterbalance FLT licence.
Experience of leading a team.
Experience of Autostore/SAP.
Desirable
Previous experience in a warehouse environment is desirable however not essential as training will be provided.
