Role Summary:

As a Program / Project Management Lead (Senior Manager), you will be accountable for the successful end-to-end delivery of a large-scale ERP program, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives. You will provide leadership across scope, schedule, risk, and stakeholder management, while acting as a trusted advisor to senior client leadership.

You will bring deep program management expertise, strong SAP finance domain knowledge, and the ability to drive outcomes across multiple teams and workstreams.

Key Responsibilities:

Program & Project Delivery Leadership

• Own overall program and project delivery to achieve defined business outcomes.

• Define and manage project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.

• Develop and execute integrated project plans aligned with strategic objectives.

• Monitor progress and proactively adjust plans to ensure successful delivery.

Stakeholder & Governance Management

• Communicate effectively across multiple internal and external stakeholders.

• Manage expectations, dependencies, issues, and escalations at senior levels.

• Provide clear and regular status reporting, ensuring transparency and accountability.

Risk, Planning & Control

• Identify potential risks and issues; develop and execute mitigation strategies.

• Apply advanced expertise in estimation, planning, risk management, and scope management.

• Ensure adherence to PMBOK and industry best practices across the program lifecycle.

SAP & Functional Oversight

• Act as a subject matter expert in SAP S/4HANA FI – General Ledger, ensuring alignment between finance requirements and delivery execution.

• Work closely with functional and technical teams to resolve cross-stream challenges.

Team Leadership & Capability Building

• Foster a collaborative, high-performance delivery environment.

• Facilitate regular team and leadership meetings to ensure alignment and open communication.

• Mentor and guide team members, supporting professional development and capability growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Core Requirements

• Expert proficiency in SAP S/4HANA FI – General Ledger.

• Proven experience leading large-scale ERP or digital transformation programs.

• Strong background in program and project management within complex environments.

• Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive decision-making.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred / Recommended

• Advanced proficiency in Program & Project Management methodologies.

• Strong experience in estimation & planning, risk management, scope management, and PMBOK.

• Prior experience working with energy, oil & gas, or large industrial clients.

• Experience delivering projects in the UAE or wider Middle East.
