You will also manage digital channels, covering customer experience, education and satisfaction. You will be champion across channels, acting as single-point-of-contact for the Franchise organization (Marketing, Sales, Medical, others).and ensure that key stakeholders are engaged specially within the Franchises under responsibility. You will also manage internal and external partnerships for digital initiatives.

Your responsibilites

• Create digital content, monitor, optimize, and report on multichannel campaigns
• Overall engagement with stakeholder to build up digital marketing plans and Campaigns based on the customer journey mapping
• Identify and manage internal and external partners to work onto the digital ecosystem, from solutions to content
• Work closely with Brand team and stakeholders to drive digital engagement by strategic planning, campaign and communication
• Carry out A/B testing on automated marketing campaigns to maximize results
• Help implement lead scoring practices to enable higher conversions
• Deliver digital opportunity sizing, analytics & insights
• Contribute as core member for agile teams to work according to the agreed agile values, principles and methodology
• Work cross-functionally with local and regional teams on various projects
• Ensure compliance with appropriate SOP’s, policies and guidelines in liaison with IT, Data Privacy and Compliance Teams
• Supporting the local study team in operational management of projects
• Supporting administrative tasks
• Literature research of relevant publications

Your Competencies

• Student or graduate of Bachelors/Masters degree in Health, Science, Marketing or equivalent work experience
• Good working knowledge of digital marketing (Pharmaceuticals, Biotech, preferred)
• A genuine interest in healthcare and desire to be key stakeholder in the discussion on improving it
• Well-organised, structured and independent way of working
• Commitment, motivation and creativity
• Out-of-the-box thinking, ability to solve complex problems and drive the change
• Strong understanding of possibilities in the digital landscape
• Experience with a marketing automation tool, especially Salesforce Marketing cloud is a huge advantage
• Experience with digital analytics sources (Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, others)
• Strong communication, teamwork and collaborative skills
• Able to work under multiple tasks and deliver result on time
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 tools, specially Excel, Word, Powerpoint
• Portuguese native/min. C1 level;
• Business English proficient
