Role Purpose

Drive centralized capability that can be leveraged across Direct Sport + ND Channel offense with the ability to execute strategic Initiatives, adopt Global ND programs, establish operational efficiency and focus on building operational management and short- and long-term business planning

Key Accountabilities

Strategic Initiatives (30%)

•Identify and take on strategic projects in support of delivering Nike Direct strategy

•Define and research new business models and opportunities unlocking new potential

•Adopt Global ND programs and represent GC voices

•Drive, execute and accomplish action items from in season to long range plans

Operational Management (30%)

•Manage leadership team engagement and collaboration, drive and manage business rhythms such as recurring leadership meetings

•Establish ND cadence like IBA, QBR and Code management

•Drive centralized capability across Direct Sport offense

Team Leadership (20%)

•Oversee and lead cross-functional projects, ensuring timely completion and alignment with company goals

•Lead a sizable team with capabilities cross business development and operations, foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting Nike’s culture and value

Executive Support (20%)

•Serve as a liaison and confidant to Nike Direct VP, assisting in decision-making and strategic planning
