About the role

Senior Software Engineering professional with deep knowledge and highly developed technical expertise. Develops, coordinates and conducts complex tests and debugs control and diagnostic systems , makes recommendations on changes in the selection and application of software production components to management, implements major components, presents designs review, and coordinates with other organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

• 依据空调产品的功能需求与性能指标，进行嵌入式软件系统的架构设计，制定详细的软件设计方案。​

• 运用 C、C++ 等编程语言，编写高质量、可维护的嵌入式软件代码，实现空调设备的控制逻辑、通信协议、人机交互等核心功能。​

• 与硬件工程师紧密协作，参与硬件选型与评估，确保软件与硬件的无缝集成，共同解决硬件与软件接口相关的技术问题。

• 在项目开发过程中，负责制定详细的软件项目计划，合理安排任务与资源，确保项目按既定时间节点高质量交付。​

• 定期向项目团队及上级汇报项目进展情况，及时沟通项目中遇到的技术难题与风险，协调各方资源解决问题。​

• 与跨部门团队（如产品设计、测试、质量控制等）紧密合作，共同推进产品的研发进程，确保产品在功能、性能、质量等方面满足市场需求与客户期望。

Requirements

学历要求：计算机科学、电子信息工程、自动化等相关专业，本科及以上学历。

工作经验：

具有 5年嵌入式软件开发经验，有家电行业（特别是空调产品）开发经验者优先考虑。

专业技能

• 精通 C、C++ 编程语言，具备扎实的数据结构与算法基础。​
• 熟悉嵌入式系统开发流程，掌握常用的嵌入式操作系统（如 FreeRTOS、Linux 等）的原理与应用开发。​
• 具备丰富的硬件接口开发经验，熟悉 UART、SPI、I2C 等通信协议，能够熟练进行硬件与软件的协同开发。​
• 熟练使用各类开发工具与调试仪器，如编译器、调试器、示波器等。​
• 了解软件测试方法与流程，具备良好的软件测试与调试能力。

能力素质

• 具备较强的问题解决能力与逻辑思维能力，能够在复杂的技术环境中迅速定位并解决问题。​
• 良好的团队协作精神与沟通能力，能够与跨部门团队有效合作，共同推进项目进展。​
• 具备较强的学习能力与创新意识，能够快速掌握新知识、新技术，并将其应用于实际工作中。​
• 计算机科学、电子信息工程、自动化等相关专业，本科及以上学历。​
• 工作认真负责，注重细节，具备良好的时间管理与项目管理能力，能够确保项目按时、高质量完成。
