Sales Development Representative

We are seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) based in our Raleigh, NC office. This position will report directly to the Sr. Manager, Inside & Digital Sales. This role is pivotal in supporting the sales teams by generating qualified leads, leveraging prospecting tools, and facilitating seamless handoffs to sales representatives. The ideal candidate is a proactive, data-driven professional with strong communication skills and a passion for sales development and cold calling.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Here is how you’ll help make the journey better:
Generate and qualify leads supporting the sales team using tools such as SalesForce, Outreach programs & ZoomInfo.
Organize lead and prepare outreach from lead lists
Conduct cold calls to prospective clients and either live transfer or schedule meetings with sales representatives.
Assigning appointments to sales team by engaging prospects via phone, email, and other communication platforms.
Work closely with sales enablement to build relevant prospecting content and with sales teams to ensure seamless lead handoff and alignment with campaign objectives.
Track and report key metrics related to lead qualification, outreach effectiveness, and appointment-setting success.
Utilize CRM and sales tools to manage pipeline activity and ensure accurate data entry.
