OVERVIEW

AtkinsRéalis is seeking an BIM Structure Intern –2026 to join our Bangalore, India office.

YOUR ROLE

• Perform BIM reviews, including reviewing technical drawings, and standard documents, as well as summarizing findings in review reports.
• Attend BIM review meetings, take detailed notes, and document key decisions.
• Conduct basic modelling and calculations to support delivery.
• Assist with cost estimating, including researching prices for BIM based on specifications.
• Assists with document production and control including PEP’s, schedules, minutes, reports and presentation.
• Performs data acquisition and analysis, researching the feasibility of alternative design approaches, site conditions, and/or regulatory agency specifications or regulations.
• Prepares BOQs and permit applications, gathering information, writing rough outline, and/or preparing work progression documents and graphic presentations.

ABOUT YOU

• EXPERIENCE:
  • No experience is generally required if accepted into an associate or bachelor’s degree program in a related technical field.
• EDUCATION:
  • Must have completed a civil or mechanical engineering degree from an accredited program by the start of the internship (2026).
• SPECIAL SKILLS:
  • Experience with Revit or AutoCAD preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • PROFESSIONAL REGISTRATIONS: none
