What you need to know about this position:
Supervisar el cumplimiento de objetivos por parte del cliente/cuenta a cargo. En función a la estrategia establecida por MDLZ.
Garantizar el cumplimiento mensual de los principales KPIs (Sell Out, Cobertura, Must Stock List).
Asegurar la implementación de las estrategias de mercadeo (nuevos productos) y trade marketing (punto de venta) en el canal Mayorista, buscando el cumplimiento de la cuota de ventas y la comunicación efectiva de nuestro portafolio.
Supervisar la ejecución de los vendedores a cargo para garantizar que se estén aplicando los direccionamientos establecidos por el negocio.
Evaluar las cifras de venta y diseñar estrategias de acuerdo con los modelos de atención, para garantizar el cumplimiento de los objetivos.
Controlar el mantenimiento de la data de clientes y rutas para garantizar una buena ejecución en la visita e información confiable para la toma de decisiones
Controlar los días de inventario (DOIs) en punto de venta.
Job specific requirements:
Universitario completo en Adm. de Empresas, Ingeniero Industrial o carreras afines. (de preferencia)
Idioma inglés (Nivel Intermedio).
Manejo de Microsoft Office (Dominio), y manejo de Power BI.
Contar con experiencia en multinacionales o empresas en canal tradicional.
Demostrar habilidades estratégicas, organización, habilidades de comunicación, capacidad de decisión, tolerancia a trabajar bajo presión, experiencia en negociación con clientes y manejo de equipos.
