This role is based onsite in Boise, Idaho (self-relocation)

This role will be responsible for the following:

  • Work as a strategic finance business partner for the NAND TD and NAND Pre-Qual team, helping to provide support through analysis and insights proactively

  • Facilitate financial reviews and analyze performance to plan for key financial measures, including expenses, capital, and headcount

  • Develop performance measures that assess trends in data, provide insights, support efficiency initiatives, and provide decision support to investment decisions.

  • Support annual business planning and drive execution to plan 

  • Monitor performance according to plan metrics and explain assumptions and variances to plan 

  • Drive improved cost structure and return on investment through data analysis and insights 

  • Identify areas of concern and provide recommendations for improvement 

  • Support ad hoc analysis and reporting from business partners and customers 

  • Partner with Business Divisions to drive understanding of project development expense & resources, and how those can be influenced and optimized. 

  • Support cross-functional discussion and presentations to Engineering leadership, Finance leadership and peers, Business Unit leadership

Education:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; or equivalent experience. MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
