The Client Services Manager is responsible for the management/supervision of Account Managers. Additionally, they will manage their own book of business which includes maintaining professional relationships with clients to support company revenue and outreach goals. They must have an in-depth knowledge of the business and have the ability to develop new ideas and solutions.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Manage Account Management Team.

  • Coach and develop their team and direct them in finding creative solutions to both client and internal challenges.

  • Quarterly goal setting and weekly 1:1s with Account Managers.

  • Possess full understanding of company Business Index reports; with ability to communicate and present data within to Account Managers and Clients.

  • Foster a productive and empowering working environment.

  • Promote positive cross-departmental communication.

  • Manage a portfolio of accounts and operate as the primary point of contact for all matters specific to the client.

  • Cultivate close, long-term professional relationships with client contacts to understand their individualized needs and manage client expectations.

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to accommodate division and company goals.

  • Identify opportunities to grow strategic accounts.

  • Client mapping and identifying decision makers.

  • Confer with clients and company officials to monitor the quality of services provided and to resolve complaints.

  • Monitor market conditions and activities of competitive firms to ensure competitive pricing and provide feedback to management regarding market opportunities.

  • Prepare periodic sales report showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion.

  • Extensive out-bound sales calls.

  • Present candidate submissions in a timely manner and work with client to expedite interviews and offers, to meet and exceed department performance goals.

  • Partner with the internal recruiting team to fulfill each client’s individual requests.

  • Contact clients/prospects (in person, by phone, via email) to uncover new business opportunities, and explain the benefits as well as competitive advantages of the Strategic Business Unit.

QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.

  • Three years’ experience selling staffing, products and or services to Senior Management level individuals at hospitals.

  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office software.

  • Experience in strategic selling, major account/national account development, contract negotiation, etc.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: 

  • Ability to grow, manage and maintain strong market presence.

  • Ability to work in a fast paced, team-oriented environment.

  • Able to set, prepare for, and execute face to face meetings at the client’s worksite.

  • Possesses outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficient in business analytics with an understanding of how to apply them to

  • business development.

  • Creates peer to peer partnerships with clients through both strategic and consultative sales techniques.

  • Comfortable with negotiations and conveying the value of the SBU’s service.

  • Able to adapt to changing market conditions on the fly, as well as formulate new ideas to expand the SBU’s market share within a defined area.

Salary: $70,000 Annually

The starting salary offer will vary based on the applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, internal equity, and alignment with market data. This position may also be eligible to participate in a company incentive plan and/or commission plan.
