Responsibilities (What will you Do):
• Analyzes, interprets and communicates a wide variety of data (economic and competitive environment, revenue and profitability, and historical forecasted sales, prices, discounts and price realization) to draw business insights and recommend actions to maximize sales and profitability
• Develops advanced strategic pricing strategies for new and existing products and services to drive value-based pricing
• Provides thought leadership to key stakeholders in the development of pricing strategies for new and existing products and services
• Executes strategic and tactical price action within a robust pricing business review framework to implement future price changes

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
• Proven experience in pricing, sales, or related field - preferably in an industry Caterpillar serves.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to build strong working relationship with business partners and dealers.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
Top Candidates Will Have:
• 8+ years of experience in pricing, or roles in aftermarket.
• Knowledge of Caterpillar products, Product Applications or Merchandising programs.
• PowerPoint, PowerBI, and Excel proficiency and working knowledge of SQL.
Additional Information:
• The location for this role is Peoria, IL with a flexible, hybrid work environment.
• Relocation assistance is available to those looking to relocate to Peoria.
• Position is not eligible for ISE.
• This position requires limited travel (up to 5% of working time)
