Summary: A Network Infrastructure SSE you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining an organization's network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance, security, and scalability. Your day will involve troubleshooting and resolving technical issues to ensure seamless operations. Roles & Responsibilities: -Network Design & Implementation: Develop and deploy network solutions, including LAN, WAN, and cloud-based architectures. -Performance Optimization: Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure seamless connectivity. -Security Management: Implement firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection systems to safeguard network integrity. -Infrastructure Maintenance: Oversee upgrades, patches, and routine maintenance of network components. -Collaboration: Work with IT teams to support business operations and ensure network reliability. -Documentation: Maintain records of network configurations, policies, and best practices. - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Proactively identify and resolve technical issues within critical business systems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and address system malfunctions. - Develop and implement strategies to enhance system performance and reliability. - Provide technical support and guidance to end-users on system functionalities. - Document and maintain system configurations and troubleshooting procedures. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Network Infrastructures. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with AAAP (Accenture Advanced Analytics Platform). - Strong understanding of network infrastructures and protocols. - Knowledge of network security principles and best practices. - Experience in troubleshooting network issues and implementing solutions. - Familiarity with network monitoring tools and technologies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Network Infrastructures. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
