Job Summary:

Under close supervision, the incumbent is responsible for answering phones and routing incoming calls to appropriate groups for resolution

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer phones and route incoming calls to appropriate groups for resolution.
  • Process of incoming and outgoing checks as well as balancing the check register daily.
  • Manage the department email database and analyze appropriate area to direct information and requests as well as physical mail.
  • Initiate new employment claim and lawsuit files in designated system. Processing legal preservation requests/holds.
  • Administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, meetings, conference calls; data entry, documenting, filing and drafting memoranda/correspondence/summaries to excess insurance carriers involving large losses.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualification:

  • High School Diploma or GED with 0-1 year combination of education, experience and training.

Compensation:

Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include skills, education, experience, geography, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.  This position may be eligible for annual bonus and incentives based on profitability or volumes in accordance with the terms of the Company’s bonus and incentive plans, as applicable and in effect from time to time.
