Role Definition:

To provide expertise on hydraulic valve assembly & test process with daily technical support for PQVC performance improvement, NPI/NSI product assembly & test fixture design and test program development, meanwhile communication with global valve engineering team.

Key Job Duties are as below but not limited to:

• Trouble shooting for manufacturing problems happened on valve assembly & test station, and together with QE or engineering team for product failure issue analysis from machine facilities and field.
• Valve NPI product assembly & test process development including fixture & tooling design, programming, MBOM set-up.
• Lead projects to improve assembly & test stations efficiency to drive cost reduction and OPACC growth.
• Establish and update working instruction, SWES, PFMEA,PCN, and operator training.
• Working with cross function team for OIA projects to support business growth.
• Poka-yoke development to eliminate safety and quality risk.
• Other tasks manager assigned.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above, a major in hydraulics is preferred.
• Strong proficiency in English reading, writing and listening. Oral fluency in English is a plus.
• 5-year working experience with hydraulic professional knowledge.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Good learning capacity.
• Capability to work under pressure.

Additional Information:

• The position requires the candidate to work a 5-day-a-week schedule in the office.
