We, 3M Korea is seeking a country sales lead for Aerospace and defense vertical business (Aerospace & Defense Vertical) in Korea The candidate will be responsible for Korea aerospace and defense business by providing direct sales expertise for OEM/Tiers, Channels and developing strategy & manage sustainable business for top & bottom line growth. We are looking for candidates who have experienced rich sales and/or marketing background and leadership behaviors, dedicated to business and customers in Korea ensuring the successful execution and deployment of aerospace and defense strategic initiatives

Job description

• Responsible for country financial performances inc. price and profit management and drive growth by developing country strategic initiatives

• Drive innovation for 3M flyaway and consumable solutions - Cross selling 3M portfolios to aerospace industry customers by focusing on spec in & conversion activities 

• Enhance market insight and competitive intelligence to analyze and identify opportunities 

• Customer intimacy development by supporting customer inquiries and pain points 

• Lead cross functional collaboration with technical, portfolio, CS, QA and supply chain is required

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering

• Master’s degree in business administration is also preferred

• Min. 13 years of experience in relevant field/ industry

• Rich experience of key account management and high level engagement (Customers)

• Project management and focused selling skills to various customers

• Skillset of channel strategy development and supply chain management

• Excellent communication skills by English and Korean for internal & external program management

• Proven problem solving and decision making skills

• Results oriented and strong execution skills with demonstrated track record of success
