Summary: As a Quality Engineering Architect, you will develop end-to-end testing architectures using new and innovative testing products and solutions. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure the implementation of effective quality engineering practices, providing technical leadership, and guiding the strategic direction of testing initiatives to enhance overall product quality and performance. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of testing strategies and make necessary adjustments. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Cloud Contact Center Implementation. - Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies and best practices. - Experience with automated testing frameworks and tools. - Ability to design and implement testing strategies that align with business objectives. - Familiarity with cloud-based technologies and their application in contact center environments. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Cloud Contact Center Implementation. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
