What You Will Do

You will lead the creative design and visual execution of in-person events, translating brand strategy into engaging, high-quality event experiences.
 

Key Responsibilities

• Develop event concepts, themes, and visual direction for experiences such as Sales Kick-Off (SKO) events

• Create flexible visual systems across stages, signage, booths, wayfinding, and event collateral

• Design and prepare print-ready files for large-format signage, booth graphics, banners, programs, badges, swag, and on-site materials

• Partner with vendors, fabricators, and printers to ensure quality production and execution

• Design booth layouts with a focus on 3D space, traffic flow, sightlines, and brand consistency

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Events, Brand, Content, People & Culture, and external partners

• Own creative execution from concept through on-site delivery, balancing creativity, budget, and timelines

• Maintain high design standards and capture post-event learnings to improve future executions
