Join our dynamic Benelux Listing Team!
We’re looking for a Listing Analyst to support our dynamic team across Amsterdam and Brussels. You will play a key role in assisting the Listing Director (based in Amsterdam) and Head of Listing Benelux (based in Brussels) with sector and company analyses, support business development initiatives, and contribute to cross-team projects.

Key Accountabilities

  • Conduct insightful industry, market, and company-specific research to support decision making
  • Support the Head of Listing and the Listing Director in preparing meeting and pitching materials, covering the entire value chain.
  • Contribute to sales and market intelligence including analyzing the private funding ecosystem (start-ups, scale-ups, private equity, venture capital).
  • Play an active role in launching and developing new initiatives targeting innovative tech SMEs, family-owned businesses,  across Europe.
  • Assist in preparing monthly and quarterly reports on market activity from a listing perspective.
  • Conduct peer analysis and global ECM/DCM benchmarking.

Your profile

  • Degree in Finance, Economics or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience or previous internships related to Equity Capital Markets or Investor Relations.
  • Passion for public capital markets and a strong understanding of the various activities of Euronext’s direct and indirect client base.
  • Strong proficiency in financial databases (e.g., Thomson Reuters Eikon, Refinitiv, FactSet, Bloomberg),
  • Advanced skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Fluency in English and Dutch is required; French is a strong asset.
  • Able to work both independently and collaboratively, and manage tight deadlines.
  • Excellent organizational, writing, and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail, rigor, accountability, and a pragmatic approach to problem-solving
  • Skilled in synthesizing complex information, with a demonstrated aptitude for analytics and the capability to transform quantitative findings into in-depth qualitative analysis.
  • High standards of integrity and confidentiality.
