Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Director to lead our Enterprise Rotational Programs (ERP) that span across Comcast NBCUniversal. This pivotal role is responsible for cultivating early to mid career talent, managing multiple rotational and internship programs, and developing future leaders across our enterprise. This role is responsible for complex and matrixed executive & stakeholder management, driving business impact through strategic leadership, program management, talent development & coaching, all through data-driven decision making. The ideal candidate will excel in additionally demonstrating business value through data analysis, financial impact assessment, and critical need forecasting.Job Description
