Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the local unit’s budgeting, planning and forecasting activities.

• Prepare budget templates and ensure timely submission of budget data.

• Monitor budget execution and utilization. Perform evaluation on budget utilization and performance to facilitate decision making over prioritization and strategy.

• Conduct decision-support analyses that provides real-time and accurate financial information draws insights from such analyses to make recommendations to the local unit’s Management team, as well as relevant finance stakeholders.

• Manage budget appeal, budget virement and other budget matters.

• FBP is stationed in school assigned.

Requirements

• Degree in Accountancy/Finance or equivalent professional qualifications.

• Chartered Accountant with at least 5 to 8 years of relevant experience.

• Highly adaptable, good time management skills & problem-solving skills.

• Demonstrate outstanding working relation management.

• Advantageous to know SAP, Ariba.
