Job Description

TechStyleOS is currently looking for an EU IT Service Desk Manager. 

TechStyleOS is the globally integrated Operations and Services provider behind some of the fastest growing online fashion brands in history, including Fabletics, Savage X Fenty, JustFab, Yitty, ShoeDazzle, and FabKids. 

You will support all 4 of our brands: Fabletics, focused on athleisure and created together with the actress Kate Hudson; Savage X Fenty, our highly loved lingerie brands established together with Rihanna; JustFab, our online subscription fashion retailer that carries selections of shoes, handbags, jewelry, and denim; and Yitty, our shapewear brand reinvented by the singer Lizzo. 

With offices in Berlin, London, Barcelona and headquarters in Los Angeles, we´re currently looking for a full-time EU IT Manager based in our Berlin office. 

How do you fit in? 

As the EU IT Service Desk Manager, you will be helping the Berlin team in the day-to-day Service Desk activities working alongside your counterparts in Barcelona and North America.  You will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of technical support services to internal users within the Berlin Office and supporting across our European offices. You will provide all first levels of support for incidents and requests and be responsible for helping to ensure our employees questions are answered, issues resolved, and solutions found to keep our employees working! 

Additionally, you will work on Service Desk related projects and assist in the orchestration of the service desk activities. You must be able to work independently and as part of a small team. 

This is a critical role within the company and requires excellent customer service, multitasking, communications, and prioritization skills. 


This is a hybrid role based in Berlin that requires 3-days per week onsite in the office. This position will be reporting to the General Manager, Fabletics Europe.   

What you will do: 

  • Oversee and manage IT service desk operations for our Berlin team, ensuring timely response and resolution to user requests and incidents. 
  • Manage the service desk function for the Berlin team, providing guidance, coaching, and mentoring to Service Desk Technicians for high-performance. Set objectives, define roles, and conduct evaluations. 
  • Collaborate with IT teams, business units, and vendors, aligning operations with business needs. Serve as escalation point for critical incidents, ensuring prompt resolution and communication. 
  • Establish and enforce service desk processes and workflows for consistent service delivery for our Berlin team, supporting across Europe and North America as needed
  • Monitor all systems and networks, responding to events and critical outages promptly. 
  • Collaborate with vendor support to resolve issues and implement new solutions. 
  • Conduct research and design for innovative IT solutions, identifying and recommending improvements. 
  • Suggest automation efforts to streamline tasks and enhance efficiency across European offices.
  • Assess functional needs to determine specifications for IT purchases. 
  • Assist in maintaining systems policies and procedures manual. 
  • Provide technical support for hardware, software, and communication devices, including provisioning and deployment. 
  • Contribute to documentation efforts for internal guides and knowledge base. 
  • Support team projects and initiatives, ensuring successful implementation. 
  • Assist in asset lifecycle management, license management, and user account provisioning. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver data and reports for management. 

What You Can Bring: 

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Service Desk technical role.
  • Strong technical background and understanding of IT infrastructure, systems, and software applications. 
  • Solid knowledge of IT service management principles and best practices. 
  • Experience in incident and request management using ITSM tools. 
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and drive process improvements. Wha 
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with users of varying technical expertise. 
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on providing outstanding customer service. 
  • Strong knowledge of PC and Mac hardware, software, and operating systems 
  • Knowledge of Azure AD, Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory, and Microsoft suite of products including Microsoft Teams/Sharepoint, NTFS and file share permissions, TCP/IP Suite, and extensive experience with AV technology 
  • Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment, strong problem-solving skills, and ability to work with minimal supervision 
  • Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation, willingness to travel and work irregular and overtime hours on occasion, as needed 
  • Excellent attitude and willingness to learn, with excellent oral and written communication skills 
  • Lifting computers and peripherals 
  • Certifications are a plus: (CompTIA A+, Network +, MCSA, ITIL) 
  • C1 level English and German required, Spanish is a plus.
