Job Description

Job Summary

    The Coordinator I, Sales Support crafts and maintains contracts for Healthcare Professionals by collecting contract approvals, verifying documentation, processing verifying placements, and modifying contracts. This person collaborates with the sales team to ensure compliance, minimize risk and liability, and improve revenue and customer satisfaction. The role also assists with the Managed Services Programs to clarify compliance directives, prioritize documentation, and develop tools.​

    Job Responsibilities

    • Coordinates with legal on all service agreement documentation to be submitted to clients in partnership with the Regional Vice President of Business Development.
    • Develops contract terms for client review in to secure executed agreement.
    • Highlights specific contract components where AMN can improve contract terms (e.g. auto-renewal clause, bill rates, indemnification, additional insurance terms, per diem tax, etc.) by closely monitoring agreement language to increase client-by-client profitability and reduce liability exposure.
    • Strives to achieve 98 to 100% accuracy regarding the data entry of all contracts, extensions, modifications, and client and healthcare professional letters.
    • Audits and reviews placement screen information on a customer-by-customer basis to reconcile packages.
    • Gains the appropriate approvals from internal partners including Housing, sales leadership, Account Management, and Contracts Leadership to verify non-standard language.
    • Administers the customer relationship management (CRM) system by maintaining accurate client, activity and pipeline data in partnership with sales representatives.
    • Administers all content and resources for the Workforce Solutions home page on AMN's intranet site by editing and uploading graphics and documents.

    Qualifications

      Education & Years of Experience

      • High School Diploma/GED plus 0-2 years of work experience

      • Experience supporting a sales team

      Work Environment / Physical Requirements

      • Work is performed in an office/home office environment.
      • Team Members must have the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.

        Pay Rate

        $19.00 - $22.50 Hourly

        Final pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location.
