Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by proactively identifying and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires continuous monitoring, analyzing system behavior, and collaborating with different teams to ensure smooth and uninterrupted operations. The position demands a dynamic approach to troubleshooting, where one investigates complex problems, implements effective solutions, and supports the overall health of critical applications to maintain business continuity and efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to improve system performance and reliability through proactive issue identification and resolution.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance collective expertise.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize and address critical incidents and service requests.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP EWM, SAP MM Materials Management.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP MM Materials Management.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex system issues and implement effective solutions.
- Experience in managing and supporting enterprise resource planning systems with a focus on warehouse management.
- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and communicate technical information clearly.
- Familiarity with system monitoring tools and incident management processes to ensure timely resolution of issues.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP EWM.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
