We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Manager to guide the development and evolution of our enterprise and public safety dispatch solutions. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of mission-critical communication and coordination. You will be responsible for defining the product strategy, roadmap, and requirements for our integrated dispatch platform, which could include software applications, dispatch accessories, network infrastructure, and interfaces to RF & telephony communication systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy & Vision: Define and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our dispatch solutions, aligning with company goals and market opportunities.
Customer & Market Discovery: Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to identify pain points, needs, and emerging trends in the enterprise and public safety dispatch space.
Requirements Definition: Translate customer and market needs into clear, concise, and prioritized product requirements, user stories, and use cases.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Work closely with engineering, UX/UI design, sales, marketing, and support teams to ensure successful product development, launch, and adoption.
Technical Acumen: Serve as the product expert for our dispatch systems, understanding the interplay between software, hardware, networking (IP, cellular), and RF communication technologies (e.g., LMR, broadband push-to-talk). You should be able to communicate effectively with technical teams on these topics.
Roadmap Management: Manage and prioritize the product backlog, making data-driven decisions on feature development and release schedules.
Go-to-Market: Collaborate with marketing and sales to develop go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and sales enablement materials.
Performance Analysis: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and inform future product decisions

Preferred Experience
RF/Telecommunications: An understanding of radio frequency (RF) communications, land mobile radio (LMR) systems (e.g., P25, DMR), and Push-to-Talk over Cellular (PoC) technologies.
Software: Strong grasp of software development methodologies (Agile/Scrum), and experience with web, desktop, and mobile applications.
Hardware: Familiarity with hardware design cycles, and the integration of hardware components into a larger system (e.g., dispatch consoles, radio gateways).
Networking: Knowledge of IP networking, network protocols, and a solid understanding of both wired and wireless network architectures.
Industry: Knowledge in the enterprise or public safety dispatch industry. Technical knowledge of public cloud, broadband infrastructure, radio standards, or telephony products are a plus.
Bachelors Degree
5+ years of related experience (Product Management, Product Marketing, Offer Management or Sales experience)
A proven track record of bringing successful enterprise or public safety technology products to market
