Student Opportunity – Accounting Department (Slovakia)

We are currently looking for motivated and detail-oriented Slovak students to join our Accounting Department. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic international environment and develop your professional skills in accounting and finance.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the month-end closing process in line with deadlines and internal guidelines
• Post regular monthly journal entries as well as ad hoc adjustments in compliance with Slovak GAAP and US GAAP
• Prepare account reconciliations in a timely manner in accordance with internal control standards
• Assist with the preparation of statistical reports required by the Slovak Statistical Office
• Provide support during annual financial audits
• Ensure effective and timely communication with internal stakeholders and business partners
• Perform additional tasks and assignments as required

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a strong focus on Excel
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Effective time management and organizational abilities
• A proactive mindset with the ability to work well in a team environment
