Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of Workday Core HCM, Workday Talent Management, and Workday Learning solutions. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, providing technical guidance, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality applications. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Lead the design, development, and implementation of Workday Core HCM, Workday Talent Management, and Workday Learning solutions. - Act as the primary point of contact for application-related queries and issues. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide technical guidance. - Ensure the successful delivery of high-quality applications within the specified timelines. - Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the implemented applications. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Core HCM, Workday Talent Management. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Workday Learning. - Strong understanding of HR processes and practices. - Experience in configuring and customizing Workday Core HCM and Workday Talent Management modules. - Knowledge of Workday integration tools and techniques. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Workday Core HCM. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - Extensive experience in Learning and Talent Management with a focus on Enterprise Learning solutions is required.
