This role offers an excellent opportunity to grow within an international finance organization while collaborating closely with Sales, Finance, and business stakeholders across Europe.
As a Credit Analyst, you will be responsible for assessing customer credit risk, supporting credit decision processes, and monitoring account performance to protect the business from financial exposure.
You will work closely with internal teams and customers to evaluate creditworthiness, recommend credit limits, and ensure compliance with company policies.
This position is based in Warsaw and requires strong analytical capability, stakeholder communication, and financial acumen.
Perform credit assessments for new and existing customers
Analyze financial statements, credit reports, and payment histories
Recommend and review credit limits and payment terms
Monitor customer credit exposure and proactively identify risk
Partner with Sales and Finance to support commercial decision-making
Support credit hold reviews and release decisions
Investigate and resolve credit-related queries and disputes
Maintain accurate documentation within internal credit systems
Contribute to reporting, audits, and month-end activities
Around 4 years of experience in Credit, Accounts Receivable, Risk, or other Finance functions
Credit experience is an asset, but candidates from broader financial departments are also welcome
Strong Excel skills (data analysis, reporting, reconciliations)
Good understanding of financial statements and risk indicators
Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with stakeholders and customers
Analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable making risk-based decisions
Fluent English speaker (written and verbal)
Experience in an international or shared service environment is a plus
