• Increase efficiency and speed by driving innovative solutions for Cycle Time improvement via Dispatch & Scheduling and Data Collection Systems.
• Lead and manage a team of technical professionals to provide BIC value-added services and solutions to business on time.
• Lead technical teams in the evaluation and selection of appropriate technology to enhance operational efficiencies and strategize for future business/IT needs.
• Establish and maintain effective partnership with customers, other IT developers and infrastructure groups across all sites. 
• Perform team resourcing and be accountable for team performance in terms of KPIs and project/service deliveries.
• Perform talent management role to hire, train and develop team members to high performing individuals.
• Manage team members’ performance by leading, monitoring performance, providing feedback and coaching.
• Communicate and disseminate company and functional goals and objectives to team to ensure aligned purpose and goals.
• Manage and deliver agile team commits by working together with Product Owners, Scrum Masters and Tech & Architecture Lead.
• Perform project management duties and communicate timely status to the customers, group, and managers.
• Drive prompt resolution in Major Incident participation.
