The Manager, Office of the Chief Digital Information Officer will support the Sr. Director OCDIO by developing governance, processes and policies to facilitate efficient and effective digital operations.

The position requires a blend of technical skills, analytical thinking, and effective communication abilities to contribute to strategic projects within the OCDIO.

Core Responsibilities

Supplier Relationship Management | DTS Services Committee:

Lead Supplier Relationship Committee and partner with the Global Procurement function to establish the DTS SRM program governance, agenda, objectives and outcomes that support our business goals and values.    

For top ~15 Suppliers:  deep understanding of contract terms and SLAs, establish process to monitor contract performance to ensure compliance with terms and identify any conflicts or changes requiring resolution.

Responsible for managing and nurturing the relationships with suppliers. This role involves ensuring that suppliers meet or exceed their contractual obligations by delivering quality products and services

Monitor and evaluate the performance and compliance of DTS suppliers against contractual obligations, service level agreements, and key performance indicators.

Partner with internal stakeholders and external partners to foster strategic and collaborative relationships and drive continuous improvement and innovation.

Understanding of DTS suppliers & contracts; collaborate with Digital Partners to understand roadmap and contractual requirements.

Facilitate regular reviews / QBRs and feedback sessions with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment, satisfaction, and collaboration.

Drive cost savings, value creation, quality and innovation opportunities with suppliers through benchmarking, market analysis, and best practices.

Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of contracts, suppliers, and spend data in the contract management system.

Project Support:  Support project teams in the implementation of digital technology enhancements and optimization projects.

Liaise with DTS team and Global Procurement on RFPs, new contracts/renewals and contract lifecycle metrics to maximize financial and operational performance and minimize risk.

DTS Finance Documentation and Reporting:

Understanding of Capital and Operating Budgets, Purchase Requisition, Purchase Order, Invoice and accrual processes.

Partner with Finance Manager on Corporate Service Fee allocation processes.

Prepare and maintain accurate documentation for systems, processes, and project activities. Assist in developing reports and presentations that communicate findings, progress, and recommendations to stakeholders.

Process Improvement: Contribute to process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies in current systems and processes. Participate in discussions and brainstorming sessions for enhancing Digital Technology operations.

Learning and Development: Continuously learn about new technologies, Digital/IT trends, and best practices.

Stakeholder Communication: Assist in communicating with internal and external stakeholders, including team members, managers, partner providers, and suppliers. This may include gathering requirements, providing updates, and ensuring clear communication across projects.

Compliance and Security: Support efforts to ensure that digital systems and data handling practices comply with relevant regulations, policies, and security standards. This might involve assisting with audits, risk assessments, and implementing security measures.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in IT supplier / contract management and administration and IT budgets.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred. This provides a foundational understanding of both technology and business operations.
  • Certification in IT contract management, procurement, or project management is a plus.
