Job Descriptions:

• Manage trade finance department including team and sales performance. 
• Develop and innovate products and services offering for Trade Finance and Enterprise Payment business
• Monitor and control workflow and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies and guidelines.
• Monitor department’s performance and suggest system improvements for maximizing productivity and operational efficiency.
• Lead the acquisition, maintenance and growing of customers as well as maximize customer profitability
• Establish and maintain a customer-focused servicing to ensure superior customer loyalty
• Educate team members and sale staff to lift up the trade sales.
• Actively manage team resourcing requirements in order to satisfy key objectives in consideration of the business growth objectives of the Bank.
• Lead and develop business team by providing coaching, mentoring and training to the business growth in the bank as well in the market
• Coach and develop the expertise of team members in trade finance
• Develop the skill set and capabilities of the staff in line with the market’s changing landscape.
• To lead by example, the highest standards in terms of teamwork, customer and staff care, and management competences and ethic.

Job Requirements:

Education/Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance and related experiences;

Experience/Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of working experience in deposit area
• Have a good communication with customers
• Knowledge on deposit, payroll service, Trade and FX; 
• Good time management and negotiation skills;
• English is proficiency and Mandarin is added advantage.
