Partner Success Manager 

POSITION OVERVIEW:

OpenEye, The Cloud Video Platform, an innovator in the design and development of cloud-centric software solutions for commercial video management systems, is seeking a Partner Success Manager to join our growing team in the Liberty Lake, WA office.

We are seeking an experienced partner success professional that will collaborate with the sales and marketing organization to ensure a positive partner onboarding experience and the continued growth in engagement and revenue from OpenEye’s channel partners.  While OpenEye’s Partner Marketing function will drive one to many communications, the Partner Success Manager will collaboratively engage OpenEye’s partners one on one at key moments in the partnership lifecycle.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and execute a process to directly engage all new OpenEye channel partners to ensure an optimal onboarding experience that shortens the revenue ramp.
  • Develop and execute a process to reengage all new and existing OpenEye channel partners for a review of best practices as certain product deployment milestones are achieved.
  • Conduct a quarterly performance audit of all OpenEye’s top 50 regional and strategic account partners to identify opportunities for growth.  Provide a quarterly report to sales that summarizes the opportunity and the recommended action plan.
  • Collaborate with Revenue Operations to continue improving OpenEye’s standard quarterly business review process.
  • Assist with preparation for quarterly business reviews for OpenEye’s leading partners and attend virtually as warranted.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive data driven approach for identifying OpenEye partners with declining engagement or at risk of churn.
  • Develop and implement a process to identify material upcoming annual and multi-year SaaS subscription renewals and proactively offer support to OpenEye’s partners in securing the renewal.
  • Develop and implement a process to identify material end user accounts where end user engagement is declining or not commiserate with the size of the account.  Proactively communicate these findings to OpenEye’s channel partners and assist with the development of an action plan to prevent churn.
  • Measure, optimize and report on program metrics, and present results to key stakeholders and executive leadership.
  • Perform any other job duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field.
  •  3-5 years of related experience in a partner success role, preferably at a B2B channel driven enterprise SaaS organization.
  • A track record of growing revenue in a strategic manner by engaging both executive and technical audiences.
  • Strong analytical, data analysis, and data presentation skills.
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to master an enterprise software platform.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated passion for providing the highest-quality customer service experience. 
  • Detail oriented with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, from development to completion. 
  • Team player with an extremely positive attitude and flexibility

  • The base pay range for this opportunity is $75,000 - $100,00 annually in addition, this position is eligible for variable compensation of $15,000 - $25,000.

The salary range of this opportunity is listed below and is determined within a range based on factors including qualifications, location and experience.  This allows opportunity for growth and development within the role.  The salary offered is part of a total compensation package.
