Business Planning Analyst

Job description:

As part of the ArrowSphere Finops team, we are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Business Planning Analyst to join our team.

• Coordinate and track vendor on-boarding into ArrowSphere Cloud.
• Ensure the follow-up of client and vendor files
• Track, monitor and analyze statistics for communication and presentation purposes
• Assist in tracking budget expenses
• Regularize and update ongoing contracts
• Track declaration and ensure their compliance
• Perform follow-ups with clients and vendors to ensure deadlines are met
• Create reports displaying key metrics
• Compile project status reports, coordinate project schedules, manage project meetings and identify and resolve problems
• Organize, lead and facilitate project related meetings, including the creation of agendas and preparation of materials
• Manage the calendar of events/activities in coordination with all stakeholders
• Collaborate with various internal teams to ensure effective file management

Skills / Experience required:

• Degree in Management, Administration, or in a similar field
• Fluent in English and French - mandatory
• 3+ years of experience (administrative and billing assistant)
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills
• Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in office tools (Word, Excel)
