As a Wet Etch Process Engineer, you will be primarily responsible for process transfer and optimization to improve product quality, yield, cost, and productivity.  You will also be intrinsic to cross-functional efforts that identify, diagnose and resolve process related problems.

Responsibility:

  • Mature understanding of the process flow related to area equipment, SPC principles, and recipe management.
  • Validated Automation skills through previous automation projects requiring coding/machine learning/JMP Scripting.
  • DRAM development and manufacturing experience.
  • Establish and optimize process performance to maximize yield, output, and quality
  • Establish and optimize process defense lines
  • Establish and modify process management projects.
  • Planning, evaluation and selection of new equipment/materials
  • Ensure alignment to network “BKM” and contribute to continuous improvement efforts

Minimum Qualifications/Requirement:

  • PhD/Masters/bachelor’s degree in engineering or relevant field of experience
  • 3 yrs experience in semiconductor manufacturing
  • 1-3 years of Wet Etch experience.
