As the Global Workday Lead, you’ll be at the forefront of shaping the future of digital HR, driving intelligent automation, and leading strategic enhancements.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the global Workday functional team, fostering ownership and continuous improvement.
• Translate HR strategy into system design and configuration that aligns with Nutreco’s business priorities.
• Partner with global process owners to define and prioritize Workday enhancements across Reward, Talent, Learning, Recruiting, and more
• Oversee the Workday optimization cycle, from triage to deployment, using agile methodologies.
• Configure and optimize modules such as HCM, Compensation, Talent, Performance, Recruiting, Learning, and Security.
• Apply advanced Workday capabilities like Workday Extend,  Illuminate, and Journeys to drive personalization and automation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across HR, People Analytics, and IT to ensure data integrity, enablement, and system stability.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of hands-on Workday experience, preferably in an international environment.
• Proven track record with end-to-end Workday implementations.
• Expertise in multiple Workday modules: Advanced Compensation(preferred), Talent, Performance, Learning, Recruiting.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work across diverse teams and cultures.
• Workday Pro certification or similar credentials (preferred).
• Awareness of sustainability, compliance, and ethical data use in HR systems.
