The Opportunity:
The person in this role will oversee and coordinate equity reviews and damage assessments. IC damage assessments evaluate actual or potential damage to national security from the unauthorize disclosure or compromise of classified information. Lessons learned from these assessments should be documented and shared with IC partners to improve CI and security programs while developing mitigation measures. MS Access Database support individual will assist the strategic assessment group to gather, condition according to data schema, and load metadata related to unauthorized disclosures or compromised classified information into a system to allow analysis to answer key question to conduct a damage assessment and subsequent dissemination of formal products at multiple classification levels.

Responsibilities:

• The customer expects the person in this role to support the development of a prototype to include:

o Identifying, collecting, assessing and decomposing requirements into product requirement sand derived requirements that support design and development

o Leveraging externally-developed technology to potentially fi ll one or more mission gaps

o Identifying processes and timelines to develop an Access Database, verifying and validating prototypes, and delivering capability that results in limited operational use.

o Documenting the tools and processes used to build and install the software in the prototype environment.

• Research, test, build, and coordinate the conversion and/or integration of new products based on user requirements

• Address problems of system integration, compatibility, and multiple platforms

• Consult with project teams and end users to identify application requirements

• Perform feasibility analysis on potential future projects

• Attend daily standup with Purple PM and other contact support for updates

• Provide weekly roll up of dev work and releases

• Provide monthly updates on the schedule and performance.



Qualifications:

Required: 

• 8+ years of experience in the design, development and implementation of new software products or major enhancements to existing soft ware

• Expertise in MS Access Database

• Expertise in building and supporting databases

• Expertise in formatting date for data visualization tools e.g., MS Power BI and Tableau

• TS/SCI CI Poly is required


Desired:

• AWS/C2S cloud development experience

• AWS Developer Certification and/or AWS DevOps Certification

• Experience incorporating Test Driven Development (TDD)

• DevOP’s Script creation and execution (CI/CD)

• Exposure to supported cloud-based programming languages and/or SDKs.

• Experience with Financial Management Systems.

• BA/BS Degree in Computer Science

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$78,700 - $165,300
