What You'll Do

• Assist the Supplier Partnerships team across Ovation Corporate, OvationNetwork, and GBTNetwork
• Support contract management by:
• Organizing and tracking supplier contracts
• Maintaining contract expiration dates and contact databases
• Helping with basic data entry and documentation
• Participate in research projects about supplier products and services
• Support event and meeting coordination
• Collaborate with team members on various administrative tasks
• Gain exposure to different aspects of business travel partnerships

What We're Looking For

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in business, hospitality, tourism, or related field
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic data analysis
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a professional environment
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Flexible with in-person and virtual work arrangements

The US national hourly wage range for this position is from $18.00 to $36.00 per hour.  The national range provided includes the hourly rate that GBT expects to pay for the role.  Actual hourly wage rate will be based on factors including the scope and complexity of the role and the successful candidate’s relevant experience, skills, knowledge, and work location.
