Job Description:
This role involves creating and structuring projects using existing project management tools to drive and align key stakeholders to complete them. They work closely with the sales team in developing the voice of customer for key accounts/activities for the business, and use this to guide new product development projects, product optimization projects or onboard new customers. They conduct comprehensive follow-ups both internally and externally to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. The success of this role is measured by the effectiveness to complete projects and drive customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the product commercialization process from concept to market launch.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, R&D, operations and supply chain to ensure seamless product development and launch.
- Ownership of project management alignment meetings.
- Manage product lifecycle, including post-launch performance and adjustments.
- Execute product optimization projects with operations, R&D and sourcing.
- Monitor and report on product performance metrics and KPIs.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Provide training and support to sales and CS teams on new products.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in product commercialization, product management, or related roles.
- Preferably experience with a food manufacturing company.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint).
- Proficiency in market research and data analysis tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in English; German a plus.
- Ability to travel up to 20%
