Summary: As an Application Developer, you will engage in the design, construction, and configuration of applications tailored to fulfill specific business processes and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to understand project needs, developing application features, and ensuring that the solutions align with organizational goals. You will also participate in testing and troubleshooting to enhance application performance and user experience, while continuously seeking opportunities for improvement and innovation in application development practices. Roles & Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and execute performance test plans, scenarios, and scripts using Apache JMeter and Micro Focus LoadRunner. • Analyze system behavior under load and stress conditions; identify bottlenecks, performance issues, and recommend improvements. • Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to define performance testing requirements and acceptance criteria. • Simulate realistic user workloads and test data to mimic real-world usage patterns. • Monitor server and application performance metrics during tests and provide detailed reports. • Identify, troubleshoot, and document performance issues and defects. • Optimize test scripts for scalability and maintainability. Professional & Technical Skills: • Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in performance testing using Apache JMeter and LoadRunner. • Strong knowledge of performance testing concepts such as load, stress, spike, endurance, and scalability testing. • Familiarity with analyzing server logs, application logs, and monitoring tools like Grafana, Splunk, or Dynatrace. • Knowledge of web protocols (HTTP/HTTPS), databases, and middleware. • Ability to interpret performance test results and provide actionable insights. • Good problem-solving skills, attention to detail, strong communication and collaboration skills. • Preferred Experience testing cloud-based tools such as Salesforce. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Apache JMeter. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
